Every time I click a link in either Yahoo or Google it directs me to a video site or another search engine. The only way I can get to the correct site is to manually copy the url and paste it into the browser. I’m using the latest version of Firefox 3.

Just to add, a lot of the sites seem to be spam oriented. I did a scan with Spybot, but it didn’t help. Thanks for any information.

Try this, look in the tools tab at the top of your firefox browser.
click on advanced, check the box that reads (warn me before redirecting……………).
Maybe that will help.

That’s a problem!! Well, maybe you should try typing in a website. If that doesn’t work, use a different computer. Like at the library or a friend’s computer. If THAT doesn’t work, well, I think I’m wastin time!

you do have a virus. search your control panel/programs for unusual programs.
